You can enquire about cardboard and paper, plastic containers, metal, cans and mixed recyclable material. Acceptance depends on material type, condition, quantity and current handling options, so please wait for confirmation before setting anything out.
02Do you serve my town?+
Send your full collection location through the request form. GreenCycle will confirm whether the address is within the current service area.
03Can I request a one-time collection?+
Yes, you can submit a one-time request for review. Include the material, approximate quantity, location and preferred timing. Availability is confirmed individually.
04Do you offer recurring collection?+
You can request a preferred weekly, every-other-week or monthly arrangement. Any schedule is subject to confirmation.
05How much does collection cost?+
Pricing is not published on this website. Share the material details and location so the request can be reviewed and any applicable pricing discussed.
06Can I send a photo of the material?+
Use the notes field to mention that you have photos. After submitting, you can reply to the email response with images if they are needed to assess the request.
